Occasionally, new or changed Projects were not updated in the Project page. Also, older version of Webpages were being displayed after the 3-minute cache update time.

Both of these issues have been resolved.

Completely reworked the caching system. Much more reliable (especially for very long Projects) and still super-fast and very secure.

Due to licensing and code availability changes I had to switch from Highcharts (boo!) to Charts.JS (Yay!) for the activity chart on the My account page.

New Read aloud feature!

At the top of the reader view, there is an option to read the current chapter aloud to you. This is something a lot of writers have been asking for.

Several enhancements and fixes for screen-readers.

We want everyone to be able to use Word Weaver Pro effectively!

Some minor bug fixes in Word exports. One particular bug was quite troublesome, and has been thoroughly vanquished.

Refined the Scene separator indicator. Much nicer and makes more sense where it is placed.

Fixed mood board display for Locations.

Improved files icon display, including icon for audio recordings.

Indicator for Scene separator improvements.

Added CAPTCHA (Altcha) to contact and message forms for people not logged in to cut down on spam. Altcha is an Open Source privacy-first alternative to Google’s reCAPTCHA. No information is sent anywhere during the verification process.

Heavy optimization for mobile. Word Weaver Pro performs really well on a good 3G connection on a very small screen.

You can use Word Weaver Pro on a very slow internet connection! Not recommended.

Added “Message us” option. A small icon on the left bring up a dialog where you can send us a quick message without leaving the page you are on.

Improved the legibility of the activity chart (available on the My account page).

Did some improvements on the tutorials, including updating screenshots with the new site colors. Still some more screenshots to go on a few more pages.
